Experience the world of radio controlled gliders and powered planes with PicaSim, a highly realistic flight simulator. Whether you want to practice aerobatics, enjoy a leisurely flight on a rainy day, or challenge yourself with exciting races, this simulator offers it all.

This free version provides all the simulation features found in the full version, but with a limited selection of planes and sceneries. It also includes one exhilarating race. PicaSim focuses on providing an authentic soaring flight experience, complete with realistic wind flow, turbulence, and thermals. You can even fly alongside AI/computer-controlled planes for added company in the sky.

The full version of PicaSim offers an extensive range of planes, including powered aircraft such as quadcopters, as well as a variety of sceneries and races to explore.

Immerse yourself in different environments as PicaSim features a selection of slope and flat field sites. Some sceneries offer panoramic views with stunning graphics from a fixed viewpoint, while others allow you to fly within or behind the plane in immersive 3D scenes.

PicaSim is highly configurable, allowing you to customize various settings such as wind modeling, airplane specifications (including size and ballast), and more. You can even create and explore new terrains directly within the app. Additionally, you have the option to design your own planes and sceneries on your desktop computer and import them into the app (check out the support website for more information).

If you are new to flying radio-controlled planes, be aware that it may be challenging at first. However, PicaSim offers helpful resources such as instructional videos and hints on how to fly on its support website. Although PicaSim won't teach you how to fly, it can certainly assist you in learning and honing your skills. With perseverance, the sky is the limit!
